In some places it's 5 to 10 metres wide and up to 25 metres high, stretching about 300 metres in length. You'll spend around 30 minutes walking through, spotting swallows and bats, and passing underneath waterfalls. The water inside is shallow – no swimming here, just careful walking. With your flashlight, you'll see everything clearly despite the darkness.<br><br>After the cave, it's time for lunch, followed by an exciting canyoning section where you'll climb up and down rocks using metal grips – it takes about 20 minutes and feels like a proper adventure. Then comes the most relaxing part: swimming downstream in your life jacket, just floating with the current through a series of gorgeous rock pools.
